Light Reset without using a computer   

WARNING

Alero 1999-2004
With DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Press "MODE" button repeatedly until oil life is displayed. Press and hold "RESET" for 5 seconds.
Without DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE OIL SOON" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

Aurora 1995-2003
With DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Press "MODE" button repeatedly until oil life is displayed. Press and hold "RESET" for 5 seconds.
Without DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE OIL SOON" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

Bravada 2002-2004
Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE ENGINE OIL" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.
With DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Press "FUEL INFORMATION" button repeatedly until "OIL LIFE" is displayed. Press and hold
button with the arrow pointing left until "100%" is displayed.

Eighty Eight 1994-1999
With DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Press "MODE" button repeatedly until oil life is displayed. Press and hold "RESET" for 5 seconds.
Without DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE OIL SOON" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

Intrigue 1998-2000
Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE ENGINE OIL" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

LSS 1996-1999
With DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Press "MODE" button repeatedly until oil life is displayed. Press and hold "RESET" for 5 seconds.
Without DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE OIL SOON" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

Ninety Eight 1994-1998
With DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Press "MODE" button repeatedly until oil life is displayed. Press and hold "RESET" for 5 seconds.
Without DIC: Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE OIL SOON" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

Silhouette 2000
Turn ignition to the "ON" position. Slowly depress accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. "CHANGE ENGINE OIL" lamp will flash.
Turn ignition off. Start engine. Oil life will display 100%.

Silhouette 2001-2004
Turn the ignition to the "ON" position. Press button to the right of the temperature gauge repeatedly until "OIL" is displayed. Press and hold button until
"OIL 100" is displayed. Turn ignition off.
